We’ll begin the evening with youth-led farm tours and a cocktail hour, followed by a seated four-course dinner under the Big Oak. This year’s theme is To Sea & Be Seen which aims to draw attention to the ongoing climate emergency and to highlight the next generation of leaders, like those working at Grow Dat, who are collectively learning about and advancing sustainable solutions. We’re excited to welcome Turning Tables Nola and Detroit Food Academy — values-aligned organizations that offer career pathways through mentorships in hospitality and the culinary arts, while emphasizing visibility, community, and equity. Five amazing local chefs will be collaborating on the night’s menu featuring a sustainably-sourced seafood component and Grow Dat produce in each dish. Tickets here!
